Computer Won't Turn on

If your laptop won't turn on, the computer can either be stuck trying to restart or could have no power. Try the following troubleshooting steps.

• Check if the laptop is plugged and look for a small LED light. If there is none, or if the light is blinking, the laptop isn't receiving power and may be dead. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the docking station. If it doesn't work, try the charger. If the charger works, the docking station is the problem.

• If there is a solid white light and the laptop isn't turning on, disconnect everything from the laptop and open the laptop up. Hold the power button for 60 seconds, then plug it back in. Press the power button.

• If it still doesn't turn on with the above instructions, please schedule a time to bring the computer to the Santa Fe office for further troubleshooting.
